Redemption Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Absco Sheds of 6-12 Activity Street, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110, Australia (ABN 84 009 792 670) (“Promoter”). 

2. By making a claim under this promotion, claimants accept these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Promoter’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification. 

3. This promotion is conducted by Absco Sheds and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Bunnings Warehouse. All enquiries regarding this promotion should be directed to marketing@absco.com.au. 

4. Qualifying purchases must be made between and including Friday 21 November 2025 and Friday 19 December 2025. 

5. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion (and to the fullest extent permitted by law), to:
   a. disqualify any redemption claim; or
   b. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 

HOW TO ENTER 

6. To enter, an eligible claimant must:
   a. Be an Australian resident aged 18 and over; 
   b. Purchase an Absco garden shed or accessories from Bunnings Warehouse, with a value of $500 or more. Value excludes home delivery fees and is not applicable to carports, garages, patios, rural sheds, bushranger sheds or chicken coops; 
   c. Complete the form: https://abscosheds.com.au/pages/redemption-offer;
   d. Upload a valid tax invoice clearly showing: invoice number, invoice date, store of purchase, and the applicable model(s) purchased;
   e. Submit the completed redemption form by 18 January 2026. 

7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and may disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or submitting a claim which does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to produce original receipt(s) when requested may result in invalidation of some or all of the claimant’s redemption(s). If there is a dispute as to the validity of any claim, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

8. Employees and contractors (and their immediate family members) of Absco Sheds, their related companies, subsidiaries and all agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 
   
   

REDEMPTION PRIZE AND DETERMINATION 

9. The eGiftcard value awarded depends on the total value of the qualifying purchase:
   Spend $500+ → receive a $50 Bunnings eGiftcard
   Spend $1,000+ → receive a $100 Bunnings eGiftcard
   Spend $2,000+ → receive a $200 Bunnings eGiftcard 

10. Multiple claims are permitted per customer: 
    a. Up to a maximum of 3 eGiftcards in total.
    b. Each claim must be made using a unique invoice.
    c. Any unclaimed eGiftcards remain the property of the Promoter. 

11. eGiftcards will be processed at the conclusion of the redemption period:
    a. For in-store purchases: eGiftcards will be processed and issued by 13 February 2026 to the nominated email address.
    b. For special order purchases or online purchases:
       • For special order purchases received on or before 18 January 2026, eGiftcards will be processed and issued by 13 February 2026.
       • For all other special order or online purchases, please allow up to 4 weeks after delivery (from 13 February 2026 onwards) for processing of claims and issuance of eGiftcards.
    c. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for misdirected delivery if an incorrect email address is provided.
    
    

GENERAL 

12. General claim enquiries may be made by email to marketing@absco.com.au. Final enquiries must be made by 16 February 2026. 

13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims not properly completed or received. Any claim that is illegible, incomplete or submitted after the closing date is void. 

14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of any redemption, including but not limited to:
    a. any technical difficulties (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
    b. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
    c. any claim for redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond reasonable control;
    d. any variation in eGiftcard value to that stated in these Terms & Conditions;
    e. any tax liability incurred by the claimant; or
    f. use of the eGiftcard(s). 

15. The Promoter collects personal information in connection with this promotion in order to conduct the promotion. The Promoter may, for that purpose, disclose such information to third-parties including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and as required to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information. 

16. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information provided for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update or correct their information to the Promoter. 

17. Personal information collected, used, held and disclosed by the Promoter in connection with this promotion will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which contains information about access, correction and complaint processes. 

18. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
