Widerrufsrecht
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will incur a 25% re-stocking fee and a return shipping cost.
If you would like to cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched – there will be a 25% re-stocking fee and a return shipping cost depending on your location.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@absco.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how your items will be returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and replacement parts
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any parts damaged during transit must be reported within 24 hours of receiving.
Any defective or missing parts in your kit will be supplied free of charge. Please inform us as soon as possible so that they can be resupplied. You may be required to send some supporting documents for damaged or missing parts such as photos of the part, production stamp information and item numbers.
As a volume manufacturer, certain parts will not be in stock and have to be manufactured. We endeavour to produce these and send them out as soon as possible, however, please allow up to 5 business days for manufacturing and additional time for delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for change of mind, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and clearance items.
Redirection
Should you require redirection, please contact us immediately to arrange. A redelivery fee may be incurred - this is what is charged by the freight company.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
