Add dependable covered parking to your property with the Absco 5.50m x 5.50m Double Carport. With space for up to two standard passenger vehicles, it provides a practical solution for protecting cars from direct sun, rain and changing weather conditions.
The generous covered area can also be used for trailers, motorbikes, small boats and outdoor equipment. Its open-sided design allows easy vehicle access and gives you flexibility when positioning the carport within your driveway or outdoor area.
Made in Australia from high-tensile steel, the carport combines Colorbond® steel roofing with Zincalume® posts and framework. The underside of the roof is finished in Shadow Grey for a neat and consistent appearance.
The roof incorporates a slight slope to direct rainwater towards the internal guttering, with downpipes included to help manage runoff.
Engineered to an N2 wind rating for non-cyclonic conditions, the carport must be installed and anchored to a suitable concrete slab in accordance with the supplied engineering requirements. Bolt-down anchors and standard fixings are included, while the concrete slab is not supplied.

Assembly
Absco Sheds are designed for easy assembly with the patented SNAPTiTE® system, which locks panels together without extra screws. Kits include all parts, fixings and come with pre-punched holes and labelled parts, with step-by-step manuals and assembly videos available via the free Absco Assembly App.
All sheds are DIY flat-pack kits (no base or floor included) and are recommended to be anchored to a concrete slab for warranty purposes. Anchors may be purchased separately - some models include them.
For best results, allow a weekend, have at least two people for assembly, and use trestles/timber to work at waist height. Watching the assembly videos before starting will make the process smoother and faster.
