Upgrade your outdoor area with the Absco 3.00m x 3.00m Patio Cover. Designed to attach to the façade of your home, it creates a covered area for outdoor dining, barbecues, entertaining or relaxing outside.
The 3.00m x 3.00m space is suited to a small outdoor table and chairs or a compact lounge setting. Its flat roof provides a clean, streamlined appearance that works well with a range of Australian home styles.
The patio cover can be attached to brick, blockwork, timber or metal. Dynabolts or coach screws required for attachment to brick or blockwork are not included. Additional strengthening may be required when connecting the frame to an existing steel or timber fascia, so refer to the supplied engineering documentation before installation.
Made in Australia from high-tensile, UV-resistant BlueScope steel, the patio cover features a durable Colorbond® finish, with Zincalume® posts and framing. The underside of the roof is finished in Shadow Grey for a neat appearance beneath the covered area.
Internal guttering and downpipes are included to help collect and direct rainwater away from the patio. Rolled safety edges provide a smoother finish along exposed steel edges.
The structure is engineered to an N2 wind rating when correctly installed and anchored to a suitable concrete slab. Required concrete slab fixings are included, while the concrete slab and wall attachment fixings are not supplied.

Assembly
Absco Sheds are designed for easy assembly with the patented SNAPTiTE® system, which locks panels together without extra screws. Kits include all parts, fixings and come with pre-punched holes and labelled parts, with step-by-step manuals and assembly videos available via the free Absco Assembly App.
All sheds are DIY flat-pack kits (no base or floor included) and are recommended to be anchored to a concrete slab for warranty purposes. Anchors may be purchased separately - some models include them.
For best results, allow a weekend, have at least two people for assembly, and use trestles/timber to work at waist height. Watching the assembly videos before starting will make the process smoother and faster.
